2014年我院细菌耐药性分析

         

摘要

Objective To analyze the change of bacterial distribution and resistance in our hospital from January to De-cember in 2014, and provide reference basis for clinical rational using of antibiotics. Methods Clinical pathogenic bacteria distribution and drug resistance in 2014 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed by statistical analysis of WHONET5.6 software. Results There were 1698 strains of pathogens isolated in full-year, of which Gram-negative bacilli was 64.9%,non-fermenting bacteria was 8.8%, and Gram-positive cocci was 26.3%.Enterobacteriaceae common-ly seen as escherichia coli,Klebsiella pneumoniae and Klebsiella oxytocahad lower resistance rates to piperacillin tazobactam,cefoperazone sulbactam,and carbapenem.Pseudomonas aeruginosa of non-fermenting bacterium had lower resistance to piperacillin tazobactam and third generation cephalosporins.Acinetobacter baumannii had a higher resis-tance to most antibacterial agents.Staphylococcus and Enterococcus resisting on vancomycin was not detected. Con-clusion Monitoring results play positive meanings in proper and rational use of antimicrobial agents in clinic and de-crease of bacterial resistance.%目的:分析本院2014年1~12月的临床细菌分布及耐药性,为临床合理应用抗菌药物提供参考依据。方法回顾性分析本院2014年临床病原菌分布及耐药情况,采用WHONET 5.6软件统计分析。结果全年共分离出病原菌1698株,其中革兰氏阴性杆菌占64.9%,非发酵菌占8.8%,革兰氏阳性球菌占26.3%。肠杆菌科常见的大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、产酸克雷伯菌对哌拉西林他唑巴坦、头孢哌酮舒巴坦、碳青霉烯类的耐药率较低,非发酵菌铜绿假单胞菌对哌拉西林他唑巴坦、三代头孢的耐药率低,鲍曼不动杆菌对大多数抗菌药物的耐药率均较高,未发现对万古霉素耐药的葡萄球菌属和肠球菌属。结论监测结果对临床正确合理地应用抗菌药物、降低细菌耐药有积极意义。
