Objective To explore the application effect of iris hook combined with capsular tension ring (CTR) in crys-talline lens subluxation phacoemulsification. Methods 60 cataract patients with traumatic crystalline lens subluxation from January 2010 to January 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The observation group was fixed with iris hook combined with CTR,then pha-coemulsification and artificial crystalline lens intracapsular implantation were applied.The control group was given rou-tine cataract phacoemulsification.The visual recovery condition and the incidence of complication in two groups was compared. Results The visual inprovement condition in the observation group was better than that in the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of complication in the observation group was 26.67%,which was lower than 53.3% in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The application effect of iris hook and CTR in the treatment of cataract with traumatic crystalline lens subluxation is significant,which can get a better recov-ery after the surgery,and the complication is low,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.%目的：探讨虹膜拉钩联合囊袋张力环(CTR)在晶状体半脱位超声乳化术中的应用效果。方法选取本院2010年1月~2014年1月收治的60例外伤性白内障伴晶状体半脱位患者作为研究对象，随机分为观察组与对照组，各30例。观察组采用虹膜拉钩对囊袋进行固定，植入CTR，随后进行超声乳化以及人工晶体囊袋内植入术，对照组给予常规的白内障超声乳化手术，比较两组的术后视力恢复情况及并发症发生率。结果观察组的视力改善情况显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率为26.67%，显著低于对照组的53.3%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论虹膜拉钩联合CTR治疗外伤性白内障合并晶状体半脱位效果显著，术后视力可以得到较好恢复，且并发症发生率低，值得临床推广应用。
