Objective To explore the application effect of psychological nursing in otolaryngology postoperative. Meth-ods 86 patients with ENT surgery admitted into our hospital from June 2012 to June 2014 were selected and randomly divided into conventional nursing group and psychological intervention group,with 43 cases in each group.The conven-tional nursing group was only given primary care,the psychological intervention group was increased psychological nurs-ing on the basis of primary care.The pain degree and satisfaction in two groups was compared. Results The pain degree in psychological intervention group was significantly lighter than the conventional nursing group(P<0.05),while the nurs-ing satisfaction was significantly higher than the conventional nursing group (P<0.05). Conclusion Giving appropriate mental nursing intervention to patients with otolaryngology operation can obvious improve the pain situation,effectively promote patients recovery and enhance the nursing satisfaction,is worth to popularize in clinical.%目的：探讨心理护理在耳鼻喉部术后的应用效果。方法选取2012年6月~2014年6月我院收治的86例行耳鼻喉部手术患者，将其随机分为常规护理组和心理干预组，每组43例。常规护理组只进行基础护理，心理干预组在基础护理上增加心理护理，比较两组的疼痛情况及满意度。结果心理干预组的疼痛程度显著轻于常规护理组(P<0.05)，护理满意度显著高于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论给予耳鼻喉部手术患者适当的心理护理干预，能显著改善其疼痛状况，有效促进其身体康复，同时提高护理满意度，值得临床推广应用。
