Chemotherapy drugs including oxaliplatin,vinblastine and xeloda,which are commonly used in treating ma-lignant tumors,cause neurotoxicity which severely harms patients’ quality of life.Chinese medicine bath is suggested to be of outstanding effects in treating chemotherapy induced toxicity.Base on the experience from senior physician,the author prescribed the decoction "Guixiong Shuangzhi Tang" with the treatment principle of buqi and activating blood, sweeping phlegm and resolving stasis,warming yang and dredging collaterals,making modification depending on different clinical condition,and achieved great effect.%奥沙利铂、长春新碱及希罗达等多种治疗恶性肿瘤常用化疗药物，所造成的神经毒性严重影响肿瘤患者生活质量。中药浸浴治疗在化疗药物相关神经毒性方面的疗效较为突出，笔者根据前辈经验，以补气活血、豁痰化瘀、温阳通络为治疗原则自拟“归芎双枝汤”，在临床上加减运用，收效颇丰。
