用石英、石灰石和γ-氧化铝合成钙长石的研究

         

摘要

Taking natural limestone, quartz, and y -alumina powder as raw material, I successfully prepared anorthite sample by applying 1400℃ and 1450℃ sintering respectively. I examined the phase and the microscopic morphology of the sample through the XRD and SEM analysis, test the the apparent porosity, bulk density, bending strength performance of the sample which sintered at different temperature. I then conclude that the sample presented at 1450 ℃ showed lower porosity, larger bulk density and bending strength, and formed a single anorthite phase. The sintering temperature presents a significant effect on the mechanical properties of anorthite. As the sintering temperature increases, the sample is reduced its apparent porosity, while increased in its bulk density, and fiexural strength from 17.66MPa to 19.52MPa.%以天然石灰石、石英粉以及γ—氧化铝为原料,分别在1 400℃和1 450℃下进行烧结,成功制备了钙长石耐高温陶瓷试样.借助XRD和SEM分析方法对试样在不同温度下的物相和显微形貌进行了分析,对不同温度下试样的显气孔率、体积密度和抗折强度进行了测试,结果表明:1 450℃下试样显气孔率较低,体积密度及抗折强度较大,形成单一钙长石相.烧结温度对所合成的钙长石的力学性能有重要影响.随着烧结温度的提高,试样的显气孔率降低,体积密度增加,抗折强度从17.66MPa增加到19.52MPa.
