目的 探讨依那普利联合阿托伐他汀治疗早期糖尿病肾病(DN)的效果.方法 将90例早期DN患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例.对照组单用依那普利治疗,观察组给予依那普利联合阿托伐他汀治疗.结果 治疗后,两组患者的空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)水平均较治疗前显著降低(P0.05);两组患者的总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)水平均较治疗前明显降低(P 0. 05). After treatment,the TG and TC in the two groups were significantly decreased( P < 0. 05),while HDL-C was significantly increased( P < 0. 05),and the observation group improved more significantly ( P < 0. 05). After treatment,the SCr,ACR,and β2-MG in the two groups were significantly decreased( P < 0. 05),and the observation group decreased more significantly( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Enalapril combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of early DN can significantly reduce the serum levels of SCr,ACR,and β2-MG and protect renal function,without significantly increasing adverse drug reactions,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
