目的：探讨丹珍头痛胶囊联合沙格雷酯治疗血管性头痛的临床疗效。方法选取血管性头痛患者88例，随机分为对照组和研究组，各44例。对照组患者予沙格雷酯治疗，研究组患者加用丹珍头痛胶囊治疗，疗程1个月。结果研究组中颅内血流流速正常例数显著高于对照组（ P0.05），治疗后研究组头痛月发作次数显著低于对照组（ P 0. 05);after treatment,the number of headache monthly in the study group was obviously fewer than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). The total effective rate of the control group and the study group were 75. 00%,90. 91% respectively,with significant differences( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Danzhen Toutong Capsules combined with sarpogrelate in treating vascular headache can effectively improve the symptoms of vascular spasm,quickly reduce the number of headache and improve clinical efficacy,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
