Objective To study the clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction degree of sodium nitroprusside combined with nursing inter-vention for patients with acute left heart failure. Methods 80 patients with acute left heart failure treated by sodium nitroprusside in the hospital from Jan 2014 to Sep 2015 were divided into the control group ( routine nursing ) and the observation group ( nursing in-tervention ) according to the random number method, 40 patients per group. The changes of respiratory frequency, blood pressure and heart rate, the life quality and nursing satisfaction degree in two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the improvement of respiratory frequency, blood pressure and heart rate on post-nursing in the observation group ( P ﹤ 0. 05 );the each di-mension score and total scores of life quality were obviously increased on post-nursing in the observation group ( P ﹤ 0. 05 );the pa-tients' satisfaction degree was significantly improved in the observation group ( P ﹤ 0. 05 ) . Conclusion During the treatment of sodium nitroprusside for patients with acute left heart failure, the nursing intervention can increase the emergency efficacy and improve the pa-tients' life quality and nursing satisfaction degree.%目的：观察护理干预联合硝普钠治疗急性左心衰竭的急救效果及护理满意度。方法选取2014年1月至2015年9月收治的80例急性左心衰竭患者，均给予硝普钠治疗，根据随机数字表法，将其分为对照组和观察组，各40例。对照组予常规护理，观察组予护理干预，比较两组护理前后呼吸频率、血压、心率的变化情况，护理前后生活质量及护理满意度。结果与对照组相比，观察组护理后呼吸频率、血压、心率均有明显改善（ P﹤0.05）。与对照组相比，观察组护理后生活质量各维度得分及总分均明显增高（ P﹤0.05）；与对照组相比，观察组护理满意度明显提高（ P﹤0.05）。结论硝普钠治疗急性左心衰竭期间，护理干预能够明显提高急救效果，提升患者生活质量及对护理的满意度。
