Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shuxuetong Injection combined with nursing intervention in treating diabetic pe-ripheral neuropathy(DPN). Methods Totally 97 patients with DPN admitted to the hospital from May 2011 to May 2013 were selected and divided into the research group(49 cases) and the control group(48 cases) according to the nursing modes. The two groups re-ceived the Shuxuetong Injection treatment. The control group was given the conventional nursing,while the research group was imple-mented the nursing intervention based on the control group. The course of treatment was 30 d in the two groups. The motor nerve con-duction velocity(MCV),sensory nerve conduction velocity(SCV),symptom quantization score,feet neuropathy score,ankle brachial index (ABI),fasting blood glucose(FPG),postprandial 2 h plasma glucose(2 h PG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1C),state-anxiety score(SAS) and state-depression score(SDS) were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The above indexes were significantly improved in both groups compared with before treatment,with the improvements in the research group more obvious( P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion Shuxuetong Injection combined with the nursing intervention in treating DPN can alleviate the clinical symptoms,increase the nerve conduction velocity,improve the nerve conduction function and blood circulation of feet,meanwhile it also can improve the satisfaction of patients and treatment compliance,stabilize the mood of the patients,delay the disease progression with significant effect, and is worthy of clinical promotion.%目的：观察疏血通注射液联合护理干预治疗糖尿病周围神经病变（DPN）的临床疗效。方法选择医院2011年5月至2013年5月收治的DPN患者97例，按护理方式将其分为研究组49例和对照组48例。两组患者均应用疏血通注射液治疗，对照组患者给予常规护理，研究组患者在对照组基础上实施护理干预，两组疗程均为30 d。比较两组患者的运动神经传导速度（MCV）、感觉神经传导速度（SCV）、症状量化评分、足部神经评分、踝肱指数（ABI）、空腹血糖（FPG）、餐后2 h血糖（2 h PG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1C）、焦虑量表评分（SAS）、抑郁量表评分（SDS）。结果干预后两组患者的各项观察指标均明显优于干预前，但研究组改善更明显（ P﹤0.05）。结论疏血通注射液联合护理干预治疗DPN，可缓解临床症状，提高患者的神经传导速度，改善足部神经的传导功能及血液循环，还可提高患者满意度及治疗依从性，稳定患者情绪，延缓疾病进展，效果显著，值得临床推广。
