Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC ) method for the content determination of ursolic acid in Liuwei Dihuang Capsules. Methods The Phenomenex C18 column ( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm ) was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-methanol-0. 5% ammonium acetate ( 67:12:21 ) ,the flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min, the UV detective wavelength was 210 nm and the column temperature was 30℃. Results The calibration curve of ursolic acid was linear over the range of 1. 041-5. 204μg, r=0. 999 9 ( n=6 ) . The average recovery rate was 98. 01%, RSD 0. 36% ( n=6 ) . Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate, which can be used for the quality control of Liuwei Dihuang Capsules.%目的：建立测定六味地黄胶囊熊果酸含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为Phenomenex C18柱（250 mm ×4.6 mm，5μm），流动相为乙腈-甲醇-0.5%醋酸铵溶液（67：12：21），流速为1.0 mL/min，检测波长为210 nm，柱温为30℃。结果熊果酸进样量的线性范围为1.041～5.204μg，r=0.9999（ n=6），平均加样回收率为98.01%，RSD=0.36%（ n=6）。结论该法简便、快速、准确，可用于六味地黄胶囊的质量控制。
