Objective To investigate whether the modified abdominal subcutaneous injection of low molecular heparin reduces pain and the subcutaneous hemorrhage area.Methods Two hundred and eighty patients undergoing subcutaneous injection of low molecular heparin in ICU were selected.By using the self-control study,the traditional and modified injection methods were adopted by the right side and the left side respectively.Pain and hemorrhage situation were observed and compared between the two kinds of different injection methods.Results The adverse reactions in the modified injection method were significantly decreased compared with the traditional injection method (P＜ 0.01).Conclusion The modified injection method can effectively decrease pain and subcutaneous ecchymosis formation,and is worthy of being clinically promoted.%目的 观察改良低分子肝素钠皮下注射是否可减轻疼痛和减少皮下出血的面积.方法 选择重症监护室使用低分子肝素钠皮下注射治疗患者280例,采用自身对照研究方法,分左右侧分别采用传统注射法和改良法.观察不同注射法的疼痛和出血情况.结果 改良注射法致皮下出血比传统注射法的不良反应明显减少(P＜0.01).结论 改良注射法可有效减轻疼痛和减少皮下瘀斑的形成,值得临床推广.
