Objective To observe clinical effect of Longdan Xiegan soup in treating damp-heat type leukorrhagia. Methods A total of 50 patients with damp-heat type leukorrhagia were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 25 cases in each group. The control group received Western medicine for treatment, and experimental group also received Longdan Xiegan soup for treatment. Clinical effect was compared in two groups. Results The experimental group had total effective rate as 88.00%, and control group had total effective rate as 64.00%. The experimental group had higher total effective rate than control group, and difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Longdan Xiegan soup shows significant curative effect in the treatment of damp-heat type leukorrhagia, and this method is worth clinical promotion.%目的：观察龙胆泻肝汤治疗湿热型带下病的临床疗效。方法50例湿热型带下病患者，随机分为试验组和对照组，每组25例。对照组采取西药治疗，试验组在对照组的基础上使用龙胆泻肝汤进行治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果试验组的临床总有效率为88.00%，对照组的总有效率为64.00%，试验组总有效率优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用龙胆泻肝汤治疗湿热型带下病，临床效果显著，值得在临床推广。
