掺橡胶粉与纤维混凝土力学性能研究

         

摘要

Concrete,mixed with basalt fiber and rubber power,could inhibit the development of micro cracks,which can also im-prove its mechanical properties and reduce its weight and improve its poor extension.With the content of basalt fiber and rubber power as two variables,the influence of fiber and rubber power on its physical properties was explored in this study.Meanwhile the dry apparent density,workability and compressive strength of the concrete mixed with fiber and rubber power were also stud-ied.The result showed that basalt fiber could improve the compressive strength of concrete,which could be depressed by rubber power.Rubber power could evidently improve the workability of concrete.Rubber power could evidently change the dry apparent density of concrete.%以玄武岩纤维、橡胶粉掺量2个参数作为变量,探究纤维和胶粉对混凝土物理性能的影响,研究掺纤维、橡胶粉混凝土的干表观密度、和易性和抗压强度。结果表明:掺入纤维能提高由于胶粉掺入而削弱的抗压强度;胶粉掺量的大小能显著影响纤维混凝土的和易性;胶粉能显著改变混凝土的干表观密度。
