A high performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization tandem mass spec-trometry method was developed for a simultaneous detection of 40 prohibited substances ,cov-ered β-blockers and narcotics ,some stimulants and β2-agonists which are included in the pro-hibited list issued by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA ) .After the pretreatment with acid hydrolysis ,extraction and enrichment procedures ,the urine sample was injected to the LC-MS/MS .The limits of detection were between 0 .1 ~ 10 ng/mL according to different sub-stances .The spiked recoveries at low concentration ,WADA Minimum Required Performance Levels (MRPL ) and high concentration were within the range of 1 .6% to 118 .6% .This method was a simple ,fast ,effective and reliable solvent to our laboratory and now has been successfully applied to the routine analysis and the External Quality Assessment Scheme set out by WADA .%运用酸水解-液液萃取及直接液液萃取相结合的方法对尿样进行前处理 ,建立了同时筛查WADA《禁用清单》中β-阻断剂和麻醉剂 ,部分刺激剂及β2-激动剂的检测方法.涵盖药物40种 ,检出限范围分布在0 .1~10 ng/mL ,在低浓度、WADA 技术文件要求最低检测浓度(MRPL )和高浓度时相对回收率分布在1 .6% ~118 .6% .解决了实验室原有方法不能达到技术文件 M RPL的问题 ,在快速筛查尿样时效果良好.方法灵敏、简单、经济、快速 ,结果准确可靠.
