白炭黑接枝环氧化溶聚丁苯橡胶的制备及表征

         

摘要

采用过氧化氢及甲酸制备环氧化溶聚丁苯橡胶(ESSBR),在溶液中通过化学键合的方法将白炭黑(SiO2)接枝到ESSBR上,并对SiO2接枝ESSBR进行了表征.结果表明,环氧化前后溶聚丁苯橡胶的相对分子质量及其分布变化不大,但接枝SiO2后的相对分子质量及其分布均略有增加.ESSBR的环氧基团开环与SiO2发生了接枝反应.与ESSBR相比,接枝了SiO2的ESSBR极性增大,玻璃化转变温度升高,与填料的相容性得到改善.%Hydrogen peroxide and formic acid were used in preparation of epoxidation solution polymerized solution styrene-butadiene rubber (ESSBR),and silica was grafted on ESSBR by chemical bond in the solution.And the characterization of the silica grafted ESSBR were conducted.The results showed that the relative molecular mass and its distribution of solution polymerized styrenebutaduene rubber before and after the epoxidation changed little,while increased slightly after grafted with silica.Epoxy group of ESSBR occurred openloop reaction,and then occurred grafting reaction with silica.Compared to ESSBR,silica grafted ESSBR had higher polarity,higher glass transition temperature and better compatibility with the filler.
