目的：探讨慢性肺心病患者在急性加重期采用ICU护理干预的效果。方法：收治慢性肺心病患者84例，按入院先后顺序分为观察组和对照组，对照组给予常规护理模式，观察组给予ICU护理干预。结果：护理满意度分别为100%和83.33%，死亡率分别为2.38%和21.43%，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：慢性肺心病患者在急性加重期应选择ICU护理干预模式，能够降低患者的死亡率，可加强呼吸道湿化。%Objective:To investigate the effect of ICU nursing intervention on patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease dur-ing acute exacerbation period.Methods:84 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the order of admission.The control group were given routine nursing mode,and the observation group were given ICU nursing intervention.Results:The nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group and the control group were 100% and 83.33% respectively;the mortality rate was 2.38% and 21.43%;the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease should choose ICU nursing intervention model in acute exacerba-tion period.It can reduce the mortality of patients,and strengthen the respiratory tract humidification.
