目的：了解西城区3种养老模式老年人的生活质量及影响因素，为提高老年人的生活质量提供客观依据。方法：采用自编老人基本情况调查表、SF-36简明健康量表对该城区3种养老模式376名老年人的生活质量进行评估。结果：3种不同养老模式老年人生活质量及影响因素不同，家庭养老生活质量评分最高，居家养老次之，机构养老最低(P＜0.05)。结论：应进一步推进医养结合工作的实施，加强对老年人慢性疾病的防治。%Objective:To understand the quality of life and its influencing factors of the elderly in Xicheng district,and to provide an objective basis for improving the quality of life of the elderly in.Methods:The basic situation questionnaire of the elderly was used,SF-36 concise health questionnaire to assess the quality of life of 376 old people in the city's 3 pension model.Results:The quality of life and the influencing factors of the elderly were different in 3 different old age models,the quality of life of the family was the highest,and the lowest in the home care was the lowest(P<0.05).Conclusion:We should further promote the implementation of the work of medical support,strengthen the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases in the elderly.
