Objective:To observe the effect of Danhong injection on the serum urea nitrogen(BUN),albuminuria excretion rate(AER),serum creatinine(SCr) of patients with early diabetic nephropathy.Methods:120 cases of patients with early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group.The two groups were given conventional treatment.On the basis of conventional treatment,the treatment group were given Danhong injection,the BUN,AER,SCr were detected respectively before and after the treatment.Results:The BUN,AER,SCr of the treatment group were reduced significantly(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:Danhong injection could reduce BUN,AER,SCr of the patients with early diabetic nephropathy significantly,and the curative effect was exact.%目的:观察丹红注射液对早期糖尿病肾病患者血清尿素氮(BUN)、微量蛋白尿排泄率(AER)、血清肌酐(SCr)的影响.方法:将120例早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各60例.两组均给予常规治疗.治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用丹红注射液,分别检测治疗前后 BUN、AER、SCr.结果:治疗组能显著降低 BUN、AER、SCr(P<0.05或P<0.01).结论:丹红注射液能显著降低早期糖尿病肾病患者的BUN、AER、SCr,疗效确切.
