Objective:Aid Liberia Ebola treatment center for the pollution in the medical staff work safety countermeasures.Method:The medical staff work in the pollution area prone to protective equipment use undeserved cause infection,for the environment does not adapt,easy to mental tension,anxiety,and the problem of insufficient physical reserves evaluation and analysis,take the simulation scene,protective equipment practice drills,effective identification, ward environment management,the staff physical reserves,the method of psychological support.Result:Ebola had not been treatment center staff infection occurs,without falling or the occurrence of occupational exposure,psychological status,positive and optimistic. Conclusion:The first aid the fight against ebola task,medical staff in the absence of any experience for reference,to face the tough complicated medical environment,through the design and preparation in advance,excavate the potential of staff give physical reserves,psychological support,improved the safety awareness and response ability of medical staff,to the successful completion of the contracted ebola treatment center of nursing work.%目的:探讨我国援助利比里亚埃博拉治疗中心污染区内医务人员工作中安全防范对策.方法:对医护人员在污染区内工作易发生防护用品使用不当引起感染,环境不适应不适症状、易心理紧张、焦虑的和体能储备不足的问题进行评估和分析,采取模拟现场,防护装备实践演练、有效标识、病房环境管理、医护人员体能储备、心理支持的方法.结果:埃博拉治疗中心医护人员均未发生感染,无跌倒或职业暴露的发生,心理状态积极乐观.结论:首次援利抗击埃博拉任务,医护人员在没有任何经验借鉴的情况下,面对复杂艰苦的医疗环境,通过事前的充分设计和准备,发掘医护人员的潜力,给予体能储备心理支持提高医护人员的安全防范意识和应对能力,以零感染圆满完成的埃博拉治疗中心的护理工作.
