临终关怀自提出以来便在世界范围内得到广泛应用,为晚期肿瘤患者提供专科临终关怀服务可明显改善患者生活质量,但对于何时将患者由肿瘤科转至专门的临终关怀部门,目前世界范围内仍无统一标准.美国已提出一些转诊标准和专科临终关怀服务模式,为促进我国肿瘤患者专科临终关怀服务发展,本文就肿瘤患者专科临终关怀服务的内容、发展现状及未来发展方向进行分析,以期梳理出我国肿瘤患者临终关怀的科学有效路径.%Palliative care has been used widely around the world since its inception, for it could significantly improve cancer patients' quality of life. However, there is still no uniform standard in the world of when to transfer patients from Oncology Department to Specialist Palliative Care Department. The United States has proposed a number of referral criteria and specialist palliative care model. To promote the development of specialist palliative care for cancer patients in China, this paper analyzes the contents, development status and future development of specialist palliative care for cancer patients in order to provide a reference for the scientific and effective development of specialist palliative care for cancer patients in China.
