With the popularity of smart mobile phone and the rapid development of information technology, a novel mobile healthcare model based on the Internet emerges as the times require, which has become a global trend. Meanwhile, in view of high mortality rate and disability rate of chronic diseases, it is increasingly urgent to apply mobile healthcare to chronic disease management. Based on the domestic and foreign relevant literaturein recent years, the new advances in the application of mobile healthcare to chronic disease management were introduced. Moreover, in this paper,we discussed the general situation and existing problems of mobile healthcare in chronic disease management in China, and proposedtailor-made suggestions, expecting to promote the development of mobile healthcare in domestic chronic disease management.%随着智能手机的普及和信息技术的飞速发展,一种新型的以互联网为基础的医疗模式应运而生,移动医疗已成为全球趋势.同时,面对慢性病的高病死率和高致残率,将移动医疗应用于慢性病管理的需求日益强烈.本文结合近年来的国内外相关文献,介绍了移动医疗在慢性病管理中的研究进展,结合实例探讨了我国慢性病管理中移动医疗的发展概况及尚存问题,并给出相应发展建议,以期助力移动医疗在我国慢性病管理中的应用发展.
