甲硝唑脑病（metronidazole - induced encephalopathy，MIE）是少见但严重的不良反应性疾病，国内报道较少。本研究报道了1例 MIE 患者的临床诊治经过，并结合相关文献复习，提示临床医生对于长期应用甲硝唑的患者，一旦出现神经功能受损，应考虑 MIE 的发生，及时行 MRI 以明确诊断并及时治疗。%Metronidazole - induced encephalopathy ( MIE ) is a rare and critical disease with adverse reactions. Domestic reports about this disease are uncommon. The paper reported the treatment process of a case of MIE and made a review of relevant literatures. We suggest that clinical doctors should consider the possibility of MIE if neurological function damage occurs in a patient with long - term administration of metronidazole.
