应届毕业生的就业压力与抑郁:应对方式的作用检验

摘要

Objective To explore the effect of coping style on employment pressure and depression in graduating students. Methods The multi - stage quota sampling was taken for choosing 633 graduating students form 3 schools of Guangxi region. The Employments Depression Questionnaire, Depression Scale used in Center for Epidemiologic Studies and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire were used for investigation. The data analysis was done by using descriptive analysis, t test, regression analysis, correlation analysis, and structure equation modeling. Results The employment pressure and negative coping style were positively correlated with depression ( r = 0. 42, 0. 37 , P < 0. 01 ). And there was a negative correlation between active coping style and employment pressure ( r = -0. 31, P <0. 01 ) . According to the results, negative coping style was not a moderator factor but more likely a mediator factor in the relationship between graduating students' employment pressure and depression. But the active coping style had a main effect to the depression. Conclusion Different coping strategies play different roles in the relation between employment pressure and depression.%目的 探讨应对方式对应届毕业生就业压力与抑郁情绪关系的作用机制.方法 采用多阶段配额抽样方法从广西壮族自治区选择3所学校的学生,使用就业压力量表、流调中心用抑郁量表和简易应对方式量表对633名应届毕业生进行调查.采用描述性统计、t检验、回归分析、相关分析和结构方程模型处理数据.结果 就业压力、消极应对与抑郁情绪之间呈正相关(r值分别为0.42、0.37,P<0.01);积极应对与就业压力之间呈负相关(r=-0.31,P<0.01);通过检验发现消极应对在就业压力与抑郁情绪的关系中并非调解变量而是中介变量;而积极应对方式对抑郁倾向具有主效应.结论 不同类型的应对方式在就业压力与抑郁倾向之间的关系上发挥着不同作用.
