To know the satisfaction of patients with hypertension or mellitus diabetes to treatment and their utilization of medical services provided by community health service and teaching hospitals, so as to provide some basic data and suggestion for the modification of related medical policy in future. Methods Totally 560 patients were chosen by convenient sampling form 2 community health centers and one teaching hospital in a district of Shanghai. Among the patients a questionnaire survey was conducted, and all data were analyzed with SPSS 19. 0. Results The general satisfaction of the patients with chronic diseases to. their treatment was 84%. Nevertheless, their satisfaction to medicine -related control cost, medication quantity andrnpsychological counseling and laboratory examination. The satisfaction rate was correlated with the disease types ( OR =0.40 ), visiting sites ( OR = 2. 00 ), financial status ( OR = 4. 00 ), and physical condition ( OR = 3. 43 ). The visiting frequency was related with visiting sites ( OR =3. 11 ), age ( OR =2. 41 ), disease control ( OR =0.05 ), physical condition ( OR =0.21 ), and days medicated in one prescription ( OR =25. 24 ). Conclusion Patients with chronic diseases generally satisfied with the treatment of chronic diseases, and the main cause for their- frequent visit is the limitation upon one - prescription dosage. The keyrncontrol for chronic diseases, and replace the limitation upon one - prescription by the total dosage control.%目的 了解高血压、糖尿病患者对社区慢性病治疗的满意度和服务利用情况,为相关卫生政策的调整提供参考依据和建议.方法 采用方便抽样方法,对上海市某区2家社区卫生服务中心和1家三级医院的高血压、糖尿病门诊就诊患者560人进行问卷调查,应用SPSS 19.0统计软件对数据进行统计分析.结果 慢性病治疗总体满意度约为84%.与药品相关的控制费用、配药量和药品供应三项的满意度较低,社区慢性病治疗在心理疏导、检查项目方面较三级医院欠缺.影响满意度的主要因素包括患病病种(OR=0.40)、就诊单位(OR=2.00)、经济状况(OR=4.00)和健康状况(OR=3.43).影响频繁就医的主要因素有就诊地点(OR=3.11)、年龄(OR=2.41)、病情控制(OR=0.05)、健康状况(OR=0.21)、配药可服天数(OR=25.24).结论 患者对慢性病治疗总体比较满意,单次配药可服天数过短是导致患者频繁就医的主要原因.提高慢性病药品供应的持续性和稳定性,完善相关费用政策,以总量控制代替均次费用限制是提高患者满意度的关键.
