To evaluate impacts of separation of income and expenditure reform in health service center of Taoranting community on awareness of the residents on knowledge of chronic diseases. Methods Data that before and after the reform were obtained from the community residents by dropping - in survey. The efficacy of separation of income and expenditure reform was assessed by controlling the other factors mixed through multiple Logistic regression analysis. Results Separation of income and expenditure reform raised the awareness of knowledge on hypertension and diabetes mellitus by 12. 9% ( P <0.005 ) and 9. 16% ( P <0.005 ) respectively. Conclusion Separation of income and expenditure reform is of active role on improving the residents' knowledge of chronic diseases.%目的 评价陶然亭社区卫生服务中心收支两条线改革对居民慢性病知识知晓情况的影响.方法 分别于收支两条线改革前后开展居民入户调查,利用多元Logistic回归控制其他因素的混杂,估计收支两条线改革政策的效应.结果 收支两条线改革使居民对高血压相关知识的知晓率提高了12.9%,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.005);收支两条线改革使居民对糖尿病相关知识的知晓率提高了9.16%,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.005).结论 收支两条线改革对提高居民慢性病相关知识的知晓率有积极作用.
