坏疽性脓皮病(pyoderma gangrenosum)是一种少见的血管炎类皮肤病,病情较严重,常伴全身中毒症状和器官受累,具有侵袭性和复发性,死亡率较高.早期常因误诊而得不到有效治疗,从而加重病情的进展,甚至影响预后.现报告应用激素联合湿性疗法治疗坏疽性脓皮病1例,分享成功的诊治经验.%Pyoderma gangrenous is a rare and serious vasculitis of skin disease, often accompanied by symptoms of systemic poisoning and organ involvement and characterized by invasiveness and recurrence with high mortality rates. It cannot often receive effective treatment at early stage due to misdiagnosis, which aggravates the disease progress or even affect the prognosis. This paper reported a case of pyoderma gangrenosum successfully treated with the combination of corticosteroid and wet therapy to share its successful experience.
