Objective To learn the utilization and awareness of the university community health service items among the patients in Guangzhou so as to provide a theoretical basis for the future development of the university community health service institutions. Methods The users aged 18 or above from two university community health service centers were surveyed by using a self - made questionnaire, and the data were analyzed by SPSS 16. 0. Results The users were mainly college students ( accounting for 41.1% ) and retired teachers and staff ( 42. 9% ). The service items were mainly for diagnosis and treatment of acute diseases ( 51. 5% ) and drugs ( 27. 9% ) and chronic diseases ( 23. 6% ). Their awareness rates of the service items were quite different, with the highest being physical examination ( 95. 4% ) and the lowest being smoking cessation ( 22. 6% ). The users had a closer connection with university community health service centers. 71. 3% of them first chose the university community health service centers and 80. 7% of them visited the university community health service centers when they needed medical care or health consultation. Conclusion The population under the university community health services are special, so it is necessary to prevent and control their diseases in stratification and with a target. The promotion effort for the community health services should be enhanced so as to raise their utilization and awareness rates.%目的 了解广州市高校社区卫生服务中心的服务利用者对其服务项目的 利用及知晓情况,为高校社区卫生服务机构今后的发展提供理论依据.方法 采用自制调查问卷,对广州市两家高校社区卫生服务中心的服务利用者(≥18岁)进行拦截调查,并采用SPSS 16.0统计软件进行数据分析.结果 服务利用者主要为在校学生(占41.1%)和离退休教职工(占42.9%);对社区卫生服务的利用主要为急性病诊治(占51.5%)、开药(占27.9%)和慢性病诊治(占23.6%);对各项服务的知晓率高低不一,最高为体检(为95.4%),最低为戒烟指导(为22.6%);服务利用者与高校社区卫生服务中心的联系程度较高,需要就诊或咨询健康问题时首选社区卫生服务中心(站)的占71.3%,固定来高校社区卫生服务中心就诊的占80.7%.结论 高校社区卫生的服务人群具有特殊性,要分层、有针对性地进行疾病防治.应加大社区卫生的宣传力度,提高高校居民对服务项目的 知晓率及利用率.
