目的 观察防感扶正合剂联合舒氟美治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期的临床疗效.方法 采用前瞻性随机对照设计,将100例COPD稳定期患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,对照组选用长效茶碱类药物舒氟美治疗,治疗组选用防感扶正合剂联合舒氟美治疗,疗程3个月.从显控率、中医临床证候、肺功能指标:一秒钟用力呼气容积占用力肺活量比值(FEV1%)、急性发作加重次数等指标评定临床疗效,对两组进行比较.结果 治疗组采用防感扶正合剂联合口服舒氟美治疗COPD稳定期总显控率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);治疗组患者的中医证候明显改善,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).与对照组相比较,治疗组对咳痰、易感冒、纳呆、神疲懒言、食后腹胀、大便溏、自汗、肢倦乏力等肺脾两虚证候的改善较优.与对照组患者相比较,治疗组患者FEV1%改善更明显、半年急性发作次数减少、平均体质量增加,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 防感扶正合剂联合舒氟美治疗COPD稳定期有良好的疗效.%Objective To observe the clinical effects of Fangganfuzheng mixture combined with Shufumei in the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease ( COPD ) of the stable period. Methods A total of 100 patients with COPD were divided into 2 groups randomly, with long - acting theophylline drug Shufumei used in the control group and long -acting theophylline drug Shufumei combined with Fangganfuzheng mixture used in the treatment group. The treatment lasted for 3 months in both groups. Effective rate, TCM clinical syndrome, FEV, % and the frequency of acute attack were compared between the two groups. Results Total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group with significant differences ( P <0. 05 ) . Compared to the control group, TCM clinical symptoms improved remarkably in the treatment group ( P < 0. 05 ) . FEV, % and the frequency of acute attack improved notably in the treatment group in comparison with the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Fangganfuzheng mixture combined with Shufumei shows satisfiable curative effects in the treatment of COPD of the stable period.
