目的 降低住院患者消化内镜检查风险.方法 成立FMEA小组,应用失效模式与影响分析对住院患者消化内镜检查中的潜在风险进行原因分析,找出失效模式并针对性改进.结果 住院患者消化内镜检查风险RPN值大于8的失效模式均得以改善.结论 FMEA的应用,降低了住院患者消化内镜检查风险,保障了患者检查治疗安全,提升了医疗护理质量.%Objective To reduce the risk of digestive endoscopy among inpatients.Methods The failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) group was established to analyze the potential risks of digestive endoscopy by using FMEA,and to find out the failure mode for targeted improvement.Results The risk patterns with RPN values greater than 8 were improved in digestive endoscopy among inpatients.Conclusiou The application of FMEA reduced the risk of digestive endoscopy among inpatients,guaranteed the safety of patients' treatment and improved the quality of medical care.
