摘要

目的：探讨阴囊脂质肉芽肿的临床特征及诊治，提高临床医生对阴囊脂质肉芽肿的认识。方法回顾性分析5例阴囊脂质肉芽肿患者的临床资料，复习相关文献。结果本组5例患者均因阴囊进行性增大就诊，结合相关辅助检查，术前诊断考虑阴囊多发结节，并行手术切除。术后组织病理均提示阴囊脂质肉芽肿，其中2例一年内复发而再手术。结论阴囊脂质肉芽肿是一种罕见的良性病变，其临床表现、影像学应与阴囊肿瘤相鉴别，确诊需依赖组织病理学，手术切除为最佳治疗方法。%Objective To explore clinicopathologic features,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of scrotum lipogranuloma, and improve clinician awareness of the scrotum lipogranulomas. Methods A retrospective study was performed including reviewing the clinical documents and pathologieal sections of 5 cases of scrotum lipogranuloma, and the related literatures were reviewed. Results The patients were first diagnosed as scrotal mass according to their clinical manifestations and examinational finding. The final diagnosis was defined as scrotum lipogranuloma by postoperative histopathological. Two cases recurred relapsed within a year and underwent surgery again. Conclusion The scrotum lipogranuloma is a rare benign neoplasm which can be easily confused with scrotum tumor or other benign disease.The final diagnosis of the scrotum lipogranuloma depends on histopathology.Surgical excision may be the only potentially curative treatment of scrotum lipogranuloma.
