目的:探讨袁红霞教授应用方剂辨证治疗反流性食管炎(RE)的规律,揭示RE的病机及治法.方法:对184例RE患者常见症状进行统计并对涉及的266首有效处方进行方剂频次统计,通过对症状与方剂理法的分析揭示RE病机特点与其用方规律.结果:胃虚气逆为RE基本病机,(胆)肝(胃)不和、阴虚内热、寒热错杂、郁阻气机是RE常见病机,旋覆代赭汤、柴胡类方、麦门冬汤、半夏泻心类方等是其常用方.结论:袁红霞辩治RE总以通降胃气为要.%Objective:The thesis is expected to get the most common formulae adopted by Professor YUAN Hong-xia in clinical practice for Reflux Esophagitisc(RE) through retrospective study on 266 effective prescriptions of 184 RE patient and reveal the pathogenesis and treatment of RE.Method:Statistical analysis on the symptoms and common formulae of 266 effective prescriptions of 184 RE patients and parallelism between prescription and syndrome.Results:Deficiency and adverse flow of stomach qi is the basic pathogenesis of RE;disharmony of Shaoyang,deficiency of stomach yin,simultaneous occurrence of cold and heat as well as stagnation is the common pathogenesis of RE.Xuanfudaizhe decoction,Chaihu decoction,Xiexin decoction,Maimendong decoction is the most commom formulae.Conclusion:Descending the adverse flow of stomach qi is the principal treatment of RE.Harmonization method is highly applicable.
