目的:探讨分析参苓白术散中人参皂苷的含量测定方法.方法:选取成药胶囊装参苓白术散剂,通过HPLC联合UV检测,定量测定人参皂苷Rg1和Rb1的含量.结果:用HPLC方法检测参苓白术散中人参皂苷Rg1和Rb1的含量,方法较为成熟.结论:参苓白术散方剂中成分可以通过对人参皂苷的含量测定来检测.%Objective: Analysis of Shenlingbaizhu powder of ginsenoside content determination method.
