目的:观察黄精减毒颗粒剂对美沙酮维持导致不良反应的控制作用和效果.方法:选择2010年在武汉市精神卫生中心第一戒毒门诊的美沙酮维持治疗者200例,随机分成治疗组100例,对照组100例.治疗组口服黄精减毒颗粒剂和美沙酮,对照组R服美沙酮.结果:治疗组对便秘、性功能障碍(阳痿)、闭经、自汗、排尿困难和乏力的有效率分别达95.00%、86.25%、66.67% 、90.00%、87.50%和78.75%,与对照组有显著性差别(P<0.05),结论:黄精减毒颗粒剂能有效控制美沙酮维持导致的综合不良反应,对提高美沙酮维持的依从性有积极的促进作用.%Objective: To observe the controlling effect of Huangjing ( Rhizoma Polygonati) toxin-reducing granules on the adverse reaction induced by methadone maintenance. Methods; 200 patients under methadone maintenance in 2010 at the 1st Abstinence Clinic, Wuhan Center of Mental Health, were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group of 100 each. The treatment group received the granules and methadone orally, while the control group took methadone only. Results: The granules were effective for constipation, sexual malfunction, menopause, spontaneous sweating, urination difficulty, and asthenia in most patients of the treatment group (95. 00% , 86. 25% , 66. 67% , 90.00% , 87.50% and 78.75%, respectively), showing significant differences from those of the controls (P<0.05). Conclusion: Huangjing toxin-reducing granules can effectively control the adverse reaction induced by methadone maintenance, and promote the patients' compliance with methadone maintencance.
