Bacterial cellulose (BC) was a kind of natural high purity biopolymer compared with the lignocellu-lose, the production and processing of BC was more convenient and environment-friendly, thus it made BC be a promising biomaterial. At present, Quconacetobacter was found to be the highest yield BC-producing strain.
