Purpose To explore the expression of ARPC2/3 mRNA and ARPC2/3 protein on the cervical carcinoma in Uighur women and study its clinical significance. Methods The mRNA levels of ARPC2/3 from 40 cervical carcinoma and 15 normal cervix were evaluated by RT-PCR and ARPC2/3 protein expressions were detected by SP. Results ( 1 )The expressions of ARPC2/3 mRNA and ARPC2/3 protein were significantly higher in cervical carcinoma than in normal cervix. ( 2 )There were no significant differences of ARPC2/3 mRNA and ARPC2/3 protein expression between different clinical stages and pathological grades, but expressions were significantly higher in lymph node metastatic group( P ＜ 0. 05 ). Conclusions ARPC2/3 has substantial value to diagnosis and prognosis of cervical carcinoma in Uighur women.%目的 探讨肌动蛋白相关蛋白复合体2/3(actin-related protein complex 2/3, ARPC2/3)在宫颈鳞癌中的表达及其临床意义.方法 制备40例维吾尔族妇女子宫颈癌及15例正常宫颈组织中总RNA,采用RT-PCR法分析 ARPC2/3基因的mRNA表达水平,同时采用免疫组化SP法检测其蛋白表达.结果 (1)维吾尔族妇女子宫颈癌组织及正常宫颈组织中ARPC2/3基因及蛋白阳性率分别为63%～65%及20%～27%(P0.05),但是在维吾尔族妇女子宫颈癌淋巴结转移阳性组中表达率明显高于淋巴阴性组,差异有显著性(P<0.05).结论 ARPC2/3在维吾尔族宫颈鳞癌中高表达,对宫颈癌的诊断及预后判断有重要的参考价值.
