2型糖尿病患者个体化饮食治疗效果评价

         

摘要

Objective To explore and implement a more comprehensive individualized diabetic diet treat -ment programs .Method 60 hospitalized elderly overweight patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into control and intervention groups .Control group was given dietary guidance on admission ,the patients arrangements food by themselves during hospitalization .Intervention group patients in addition to the dietary guidance was given accord-ing to the disease and dietitian suggestion .Results The FPG,2 hPG,MFBG,TC,TG,BMI decline in the intervention was decreased statistically ,but only FPG ,2 hPG index in the control group decreased statistically .The comparison be-tween the two groups after the intervention ,FPG,2 hPG,MFBG had a significant difference .Conclusion Full indi-vidualized diet therapy can effectively improve blood sugar and serum lipids in hospitalized patients with type 2 diabe-tes.%目的探索和推行更加完善的个体化糖尿病饮食治疗方案。方法选取内分泌科住院中老年超重的2型糖尿病患者60人,按单纯随机抽样法分为对照组和干预组。对照组入院时给予饮食指导,住院期间患者自主安排饮食。干预组患者除入院时饮食指导外,住院期间营养医师据病情需求适时调整每日膳食。结果干预前后比较,干预组各项指标降幅均大于对照组,其中干预组空腹血糖值(FPG)、餐后2h血糖值(2hPG)、三餐后最大血糖波动值(MFBG,三餐后血糖最高值与最低值之差)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、体质量指数(BMI)下降差异有统计学意义,对照组仅2hPG、TG指标下降差异有统计学意义。干预后组间比较,FPG、2hPG、MFBG差异有统计学意义。结论全程个体化饮食治疗有助改善住院2型糖尿病患者代谢指标。
