目的 探讨MRI联合肿瘤标志物在卵巢囊腺肿瘤良恶性诊断中的意义.方法 对经手术病理证实的11例卵巢囊腺瘤和22例囊腺癌患者术前MRI及血清AFP、CA125、CA19-9测定结果进行分析,并计算其敏感度、特异度和准确度.结果 MRI诊断卵巢囊腺癌的敏感度为72.73%、特异度为63.63%,准确度为69.70%;肿瘤标志物诊断卵巢囊腺癌的敏感度、特异度、准确度依次为100%,36.36%,78.79%.MRI联合肿瘤标志物联合诊断卵巢囊腺癌的敏感度、特异度、准确度依次为100%,63.63%,87.88%.结论 对卵巢囊腺瘤的诊断,MRI和肿瘤标志物均有一定价值,两者联合诊断可提高诊断准确度.%Objective To explore the significance of the combination of MRI and tumor markers in diagnosis of benign and malignant in ovarian cyst gland tumor. Methods Eleven cases of ovarian cystadenoma and 22 patients with cystadenocarcinoma were involved in this study, and their MRI data and the determination results of AFP,CA125 and CA19-9 were subjected to analysis of sensitivity, spec ificity and accuracy. Results The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy were 72.73％, 63.63％ and 69.70％ for MRI in the diagnosis of cystadenocarcinoma, which were 100％, 36.36％ and 78.78％ for tumor marker, while the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy were 100％,63.63％ and 87.88％ by using the combination of MRI and tumor markers. The tumor markers were 100％ ,36.36％ and 78.78％. Combined diagnosis were 100％,63.63％ and 87.88％. Conclusion MRI and tumor markers both have certain value for the diagnosis of ovarian cyst gland tumor,and it' s improved in diagnosis accuracy by combined diagnosis.
