目的：观察IL-1β对骨组织钙代谢的作用。方法：原子吸收分光光度计微量元素检测。结果：IL-1β在0.01ng/ml浓度时即有较强的脱钙能力，浓度越大，脱钙能力越强。结论：IL-1β是强有力的骨吸收因子，其骨吸收能力与其浓度呈正相关。%AIM：To observe the Ca releasing from cultured rat calvaria treated with IL-1β. METHODS：Microelement examination was carried out on the conditioned media. RESULTS：IL-1β dose-dependently increased the releasing of Ca into the media. CONCLUSION：IL-1β was a strong bone absorbtive factor.Its bone absortbive ability was positively correlative with its concentrations.
