Objective To understand the factors associated with marital status of HIV-1 positive men who have sex with men (MSM) and HIV infection among their spouses.Methods Data were extracted from comprehensive HIV/AIDS data system of Guangxi to screen information of MSM who had HIV-1 confirming test and got HIV-1 through sexual with men.All relevant information were analyzed by SPSS 16.0 software.Results A total of 1443 HIV-1 positive MSM were included.There were 446 (30％) married/divorced MSM and 997 (70％) MSM.Logistic analysis indicated that influencing getting marriage factors were age between 31-40 old (OR =55.100,95％ CI:54.260-55.960),and those with instant job such as farmers/migrant workers (OR =7.671,95％ CI:0.000-9.900).The contrary factor to marriage was who worked in government institutions (OR =0.443,95％ CI:0.436-0.450),which only accounted for 9.36％ among whole MSM.The coverage of antiretroviral therapy was 65.42％.There had 11.51％ of HIV-1 positive among their female spouse,however,63.00％ of their spouse did not know their HIV-1 status and had not received HIV-1 screening.Conclusion HIV-1 infected MSM in Guangxi had late marriage.Most of them had no stable job as floating population.Most of their spouse did not know their HIV-1 status nor receive HIV-1 screening.%目的 了解广西HIV-1阳性的男男性行为人群(Men Who Have Sex With Men,MSM)婚姻状况的相关因素以及婚内异性配偶HIV-1状况.方法 从艾滋病信息管理系统中筛查在广西随访的所有感染途径为“男男性行为”的个案所有相关信息,进行数据处理和信息核对,用SPSS 16.0软件分析.结果 共1443名MSMHIV-1阳性患者纳入分析.有过婚姻(已婚/离异)446人(30％),未婚997人(70％).Logistic回归分析,选择结婚可能性大的是年龄31 ～40岁(OR=55.100,95％CI:54.260～55.960);职业中农民/民工有婚姻的可能性最大(OR=7.671,95％ CI:0.000 ～9.900),政府事业单位工作的有婚姻的可能性最小(OR=0.443,95％ CI:0.436 ～0.450),但是政府事业单位工作人数只占9.36％.65.42％感染群体已经进行抗病毒治疗.异性配偶HIV-1检测阳性率11.51％,异性配偶未检测率为63.00％.结论 HIV-1感染的MSM群体大部分晚婚,且以工作不固定的流动人群为主,异性配偶对HIV-1不知情及不检测比例高.
