2014年全国伤害监测系统老年人非故意伤害病例特征分析

摘要

目的：了解2014年全国伤害监测系统（NISS）收集的≥60岁老年人非故意伤害病例分布特征，为制订预防控制老年人非故意伤害策略措施提供依据。方法对2014年因非故意伤害到 NISS 监测点医院门／急诊室就诊的≥60岁老年人病例进行描述性分析。结果2014年共监测≥60岁老年人非故意伤害病例77779例。造成老年人因非故意伤害就诊的前五位原因是跌倒／坠落（52．81％）、道路交通伤（21．84％）、钝器伤（7．36％）、锐器伤（7．32％）和动物伤（5．60％）。老年人非故意伤害发生高峰时间段是上午；发生地点构成前3位的是家中（44．75％）、公路／街道（28．10％）、公共居住场所（14．77％）。非故意伤害发生时活动的构成前3位的是休闲活动（57．10％）、驾乘交通工具（15．13％）、家务／学习（13．84％）。受伤部位构成前3位的是下肢（26．47％）、头部（24．25％）、上肢（21．49％）。老年人非故意伤害造成挫伤／擦伤为主（44．01％），其次是骨折（21．06％）。结论非故意伤害是我国老年人重要的健康威胁，预防老年人非故意伤害应以跌倒／坠落、交通伤为优先工作领域。%Objective To analyze the distribution characteristics of unintentional injuries among the elderly by u-sing the data from National Injury Surveillance System (NISS)in 2014,and provide basic information for unintentional in-juries prevention.Methods Data of unintentional injuries among the elderly aged 60 years and above was descriptively ana-lyzed from Chinese NISS,2014.Results In 2014 NISS database,77 779 unintentional injuries among the elderly were an-alyzed.The leading cause of unintentional injuries among the elderly were: falls (52.81%), road traffic injuries (21.84%),blunt injuries (7.36%),sharp injuries (7.32%)and animal injuries (5.60%).The peak time zone of injury occurring in a day was morning.The top three place injuries happened were at home (44.75%),on roads (28.10%)and in public place (14.77%).Recreation activates (57.10%),driving (15.13%)and housework /study (13.84%)were the three major activities.The most common injured positions of body were low limbs (26.47%),head (24.25%)and upper limbs (21.49%),while the most common natures of unintentional injuries among the elderly were bruise (44.01%)and fractures (21.06%).Conclusion Unintentional injuries were severe threat to the elderly in Chi-na.The prevention of falls and road traffic injuries among the elderly should be put into priority.
