大学生述情障碍与心理健康现状调查

         

摘要

Objective To understand status of alexithymia and mental health among college students and to provide basis for mental health education in colleges. Methods With stratified random cluster sampling, a total of 476 college students were selected to undergo a survey with Toronto Alexithymia Scale (TAS) and Symptom Check list 90 ( SCL -90). Results The total scores of TAS among regular students and among self-learning students were 69.99 ±9.57 and 71.03 ±9.04 respectively. The scores of interpersonal sensitivity and anxiety in SCL -90 factors among self-learning students were 0.93 ±0.66 and 0.68 ±0.58, respectively, all higher than those among regular students (P<0.05 or P<0.0l). The partial correlation coefficient between TAS and SCL -90 of the participants was 0. 220 (P <0.01). Conclusion The college students have alexithmia certainly, and alexithmia has a close relationship with mental health. Mental consultation should be done to them to improve their mental health.%了解大学生的述情障碍与心理健康现状,为大学生心理健康教育提供依据.方法 采用分层随机整群抽样方法,运用多伦多述情量表(TAS)和症状自评量表(SCL - 90),对476名大学生进行问卷调查.结果 统招生的TAS总分为69.99±9.57分,自考生的TAS总分为71.03±9.04分.在SCL -90各因子得分中,自考生的人际敏感因子和焦虑因子的得分分别为0.93 +0.66分和0.68±0.58分,均高于统招生的得分,其差异有统计学意义(P <0.05或P<0.01).调查对象TAS总分与SCL - 90总分的偏相关系数为0.220(P<0.01).结论 大学生普遍存在述情障碍,并且述情障碍与心理健康密切相关,应充分关注并有针对性地进行心理辅导及咨询,提高其心理健康水平.
