From the foramen ovale, maxillary fissure anatomy, and acupuncture methods, precautions, etc., this article introduced the acupuncture treatment of trigeminal neuralgia according to the mandibular nerve and maxillary nerve cranial anatomy structure, i.e. oramen ovale sting method and maxillary fissure sting method. Its clinical application involves nerve positioning accuracy, requires consistent acupuncture and nerve distribution affected areas.%本文从卵圆孔、翼突上颌裂的解剖位置及针刺方法、注意事项等方面,介绍根据下颌神经、上颌神经出颅部位的解剖结构进行针刺治疗三叉神经痛的方法,即卵圆孔刺法和翼突上颌裂刺法.其临床应用时受累神经定位须准确,要求针感与受累神经分布区一致.
