2,4-二羟基苯甲酰腙Cu(Ⅱ)配合物的合成、表征及其与DNA的相互作用研究

         

摘要

Cu(H) complex derived from 2,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde p-nitrobenzoylhydrazone was synthesized and characterized by IR, UV-Vis and X-ray single crystal diffraction respectively. The complex crystallizes in monoclinic, space group C2lc with cell parameter α=1.573 6(3) ran, 6=0.715 82(14) nm, c=3.171 2(6) nm,β=96.631(3)°; V= 3.5483(12) nm3, Z=4, Dc=1.639 g·crn-3. The complex forms 3D structure through weak hydrogen bonds C-H….O The interaction of complex with calf thymus (CT) DNA was studied by ethidium bromide (EB) fluorescence spectroscopy. The result indicates that the interaction of this complex with ct-DNA may be intercalation, and the complex may be used as a potential antitumor drug. CCDC: 836564.%合成了2,4-二羟基苯甲醛编对硝基苯甲酰腙Cu(Ⅱ)配合物,通过红外、紫外、X-射线单晶衍射对其组成结构进行了表征.配合物属单斜晶系,C2/c空间群,晶胞参数为a=1.5736(3) nm,b=0.71582(14)nm,c=3.1712(6)nm,β=96.631(3)°,V=3.5483(12)nm3,Z=4,Dc=1.639 g·cm-3.配合物通过弱的分子间氢键C-H…O构筑三维结构.利用溴化乙锭(EB)荧光猝灭分析法研究了其与小牛胸腺DNA(ct-DNA)的相互作用.结果说明配合物与ct-DNA可能发生插入作用,是潜在的抗癌药物.
