基于对羟基苯乙酸及邻菲啰啉的锰配合物的合成、晶体结构、荧光性质及与DNA作用

         

摘要

合成了配合物[Mn(C8H703)2(phen)2]·H2O(C8H8O3=对羟基苯乙酸,phen=1,10-邻菲啰啉),并通过元素分析、红外光谱和热重分析对产物进行了表征,用单晶X-射线衍射方法测定了配合物的晶体结构.配合物属于单斜晶系,空间群C2/c,晶胞参数:a=2.485 1(3) nm,b=0.920 85(3) nm,c=1.7183(3) nm,β=117.363(10)°,晶胞体积:V=3.4922(9) nm3,晶胞内结构基元数Z=4,式量Mr=735.64.晶体结构分析表明,Mn(Ⅱ)离子分别与2个对羟基苯乙酸根的2个氧原子和2个1,10-邻菲啰啉中的4个氮原子配位,构成1个畸变的八面体结构.连续的八面体结构基元组成了一维链状聚合结构.另外,用荧光光谱研究了配合物与DNA之间的相互作用.%A complex of [Mn(C8H7O3)2hen]2]·H2O (C8H8O3=p-hydroxyphenylacetic acid, phen=l,10-phenanthroline) was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and TG-DTG. Its crystal structure was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction method. The complex crystallizes in monolinic system with space group C2/c, cell parameters: α=2.485 1(3) nm, 6=0.920 85(3) nm, c=1.718 3(3) nm, β=117.363(10)°, cell volume: V =3.492 2(9) nm3, number of molecules inside the cell: Z=4, relative molecular mass: Mx=735.64. The crystal structure shows that the manganese ion is coordination with two oxygen atoms from two p-hydroxyphenylacetic acid anions and four nitrogen atoms from two 1,10-phenanthroline molecules, forming a distorted capped octahedral coordination geometry. Successive octahedra related by c glide of eration share edges to generate a one-dimensional polymeric structure. In addtion, the interaction of complex with DNA was also studied by ethidium bromide (EB) fluorescence spectroscopy. CCDC: 848474.
