目的 探讨吗啡依赖对雄性大鼠睾丸生殖细胞组织学的影响.方法 利用光镜及电镜观察40例大鼠睾丸生殖细胞形态结构变化.结果 吗啡依赖组大鼠体重变化较对照组无显著性差异,但吗啡依赖组睾丸湿重较对照组显著降低.光镜下:吗啡依赖组大鼠睾丸生精管壁上皮细胞层次明显减少,仅2-3层,细胞排列疏松,界限模糊.电镜下:吗啡依赖组大鼠精原细胞、精子细胞内细胞器数量减少,游离核糖体数量减少.结论 吗啡依赖可造成雄性大鼠睾丸湿重明显降低,精子数量减少.%Objective To study the histological effect of morphine-dependence on male rat germ cell .Methods The histological changes in testis of rat for 40 cases was observed with microscope and electron microscope . Results In the morphine-dependent group ,the average weight was not significant difference from that in control group .In the morphine-dependent group ,the testis weight was significantly smaller than that in the control group (ρ＜0 .01) .Histological changes of the rat testicular tissue under light micro-scope ,in the Morphine-dependent group ,the epithelial level of the rats' there only were 2 -3 layers of the spermatogenic epithelial cells in the spermatogenic tubule .The spermatogenic epithelial cells arranged loosely with fuzzy boundaries ,both the sperm cells and the number of sperms decreased compared with the control group .Changes in ultrastructure of the rat testicular tissue under electron microscope In the control group ,organelle ,free ribosomes and germ cells decrease in the morphine-dependent group .Conclusion In the morphine-dependent group ,the testis weight was significantly smaller and germ cells decrease .
