探索了中国管理实践研究评价的2个维度:实践导向与创新导向.实践导向的评价指标包括研究问题在管理实践中的重要性、是否有问题解决方案的简明概括、研究对于实践者的可读性、研究结论在管理实践中的可复制性;创新导向的评价指标包括相对于现有研究的差异、是否找到了中国管理实践的重大问题、是否找到了中国管理实践的独创性、对中国管理实践发展脉络的贡献如何.%The paper explores two dimensions of assessing research on the management practice in China: practice-oriented and innovation-oriented. Assessment criterias in the first dimension include:the importance of the research on management practice, whether the solution is simple and effective,whether it is eas for practitioners to absorb, the replicability of the conclusion to the practice of management. Assessment criterias in the second dimension contain: the difference from others, whether the important question exists in management practice in China, whether the originality of Chinesepractice is found in the research, how the research contributes to the system of Chinese management research.
