Purpose To investigate the relationship of anatomical feature and the X-ray manifestations of the sacroilirnac joint. Methods The sacroiliac joints of 12 corpses were minute dissected, and the X-ray manifestations of the sacrorniliac joint of 24 corpse and 200 living body were measured or analyzed. Results The results of the autopsy showed that rncartilaginous thickness, size and joint interval's width or shape of every body sacroiliac joint were not alike. Conclusion rn After comparison of anatomical feature and the X-ray manifestations of the sacroiliac joint is improved.%目的探讨骶髂关节解剖特点与X线表现的相关性。方法对12具尸体的骶髂关节进行了详细解剖和观察，并对尸体24个和活体200个骶髂关节的X线表现进行了测量和分析。结果尸解结果表明每个人骶髂关节软骨的厚薄、大小和关节间隙的宽度或形状都不一样。结论通过骶髂关节解剖特点与X线表现的对照。进一步提高了诊断骶髂关节病变的正确率。
