随着临床诊疗质量要求的提高,传统的定时"查房"模式不能满足医护人员对急危重症病人病情实时监控的需求.该文介绍了Storm实时数据流处理技术以及该技术在实时病情预警系统中的应用.通过采集临床数据流、实时计算MEWS评分,系统可发现潜在病情恶化病例,并及时通知医护人员.评分计算结果可以大数据存储,以备进一步的分析和展现.%With the improvement of the quality of clinical diagnosis and treatment, the traditional scheduled "ward round" mode cannot meet the demands for real-time monitoring of acute and critically ill patients. This paper introduces the Storm,a real-time data stream processing technology and its application in the real time disease early warning system. By collecting the clinical data flow and calculating the MEWS scores in real time, the system can identify the potential deterioration of the disease, and promptly notify the medical staff. Score calculation results can be stored for further analysis and presentation as well.
