Objective: To investigate the effect of Reduning combined with intravenous gamma globulin (IVIG) in children with the clinical effect of treatment of severe hand foot mouth disease.Methods:Using random number table method,200 cases of children with hand foot in this hospital from 2010 August to 2012 July were mouth disease were divided into study group and control group with 100 cases in each group,the control group was given conventional treatment,+IVIG treatment,study group based on the use of Reduning,observe the clinical effect and changes of 7D after treatment between two groups of children.Results:The study group regression fever (3.4±1.2) (d),rash (2.5±0.8) (d),oral ulcers subside (2.6±0.9) (d),nervous system symptoms subsided (3.1±1.5) (d) were significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The study group and the control group before treatment in children with inflammatory factor TNF- alpha,CRP,IL-6 and myocardial enzymes CK-MB,CK values were not significantly different,after treatment,the indexes of two groups before treatment were significantly decreased (P < 0.05),the study group compared with the control group decreased significantly (P < 0.05). After the treatment of 7D in the study group in the total efficiency is 98% higher than that of the control group and the difference was significant (P < 0.05 91%).Conclusion:Children with Reduning combined with intravenous gamma globulin in the treatment of severe hand foot mouth disease can significantly improve the therapeutic effect.%目的:探讨热毒宁联合静脉丙种球蛋白(IVIG)治疗重症手足口病患儿的临床效果.方法:采用随机数字表法将本院儿科2010年8月至2012年7月收治的200例手足口病患儿分为研究组和对照组各100例,对照组予以常规治疗+IVIG治疗,研究组在此基础上加用热毒宁,观察两组患儿治疗7d后的临床疗效及指标变化差异.结果:研究组的发热消退(3.4±1.2)(d)、皮疹消退(2.5± 0.8)(d)、口腔溃疡消退(2.6±0.9)(d)、神经系统受累症状消退(3.1±1.5)(d)均显著的低于对照组患儿(P<0.05).研究组与对照组患儿治疗前的炎症因子TNF-ɑ、CRP、IL-6及心肌酶谱CK-MB、CK值差异均不显著,治疗后两组患儿的上述指标较治疗前均显著的下降(P<0.05),研究组较对照组下降更加显著(P<0.05).治疗7d后研究组的总有效率为98%显著高于对照组的91%且差异显著(P<0.05).结论:热毒宁联合静脉丙种球蛋白治疗重症手足口病患儿能够显著的提高治疗效果.
