目的:探讨思维导图联合心理护理在乳腺癌术后负面情绪和生活质量改善中的应用效果.方法:选取我院肿瘤外科住院部乳腺癌患者62例,采用随机数字表法将患者分为两组,其中观察组(32例)在以"乳腺癌术后并发症"为关键词的思维导图引导下采用护理干预措施,同时辅以心理护理,对照组(30例)则采用常规护理,比较两组患者术后负面情绪和生活质量改善情况的差异.结果:观察组术后并发症发生率稍低于对照组,但两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理前,两组患者SAS评分、SDS评分和HAMA评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,观察组同上评分均明显低于对照组和同组护理前,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组功能领域、症状领域和总体健康评分均明显低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:以"乳腺癌术后并发症"为关键词的思维导图的建立有助于降低术后并发症发生,其中联合心理护理有助于显著改善术后负面情绪和生活质量.%Objective: To explore the application effect of on improving negative emotions and life quality of mind mapping combined psychological nursing for postoperative breast cancer.Methods:62 cases breast cancer inpatient were select from Thoracic surgery Department all were randomized divided into two groups,observation group (32 cases) were given psychological intervention nursing and nursing interventions guided by mind map which as keywords of "breast cancer postoperative complications" control group (30cases) were given routine nursing,the difference of negative mood and life quality improvement between groups were s compared.Results:The postoperative complications occurrence rate of observation group was slightly lower than control group,but no difference between groups was statistically significant (P > 0.05),before nursing,SAS score,SDS score and HAMA score compared with no statistical significance between groups (P > 0.05),after nursing,the same above score of observation group were significantly lower than control group and pre-nursing with significant difference (P < 0.05),function,symptom field and overall health score of observation group were significantly lower than control group with significant differences between groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion:Establishing mind map as keywords of "breast cancer postoperative complications" helps reducing postoperative complications,combining psychological nursing contributes to significantly improve postoperative negative emotion and life quality.
